Under the authority granted to us by People’s Bank we shall sell by public auction.
On Wednesday 10th March 2021
Commencing at 11.00 a.m at the People’s Bank Regional Head Office, Galle
The auction will be conducted in accordance with the strict guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, adhering to COVID 19 protocol

Mode of Payment
The successful purchaser will have to pay the following amounts in cash at the fall of the hammer.
- 10% (Ten Percent) of the Purchased Price.
- 1% (One Percent) of the Sales Taxes payable to the Local Authority.
- Auctioneer’s Commission of 2 ½ % (Two and a half percent only) on the purchased price.
- Clerk's & Crier's Fee of Rs. 1500/=
- Cost of sale and any other charges, if any.
- Stamp duty for the Certificate of Sale.
