* The National Identity Card will have to be produced at the entrance on the days of inspection & on the day of Auction.
* The entrance tickets will be on sale from 9.00 a.m. on the day of Auction.
* Payment Terms:
A non refundable initial deposit of 25% of the purchased price in cash at the fall of the hammer. The balance payment of 75% also in cash & removal on the same day before 2.00 p.m. or on the 22nd & 23rd March 10'between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (payment to be made at Bank of Ceylon, Hyde Park Branch)
* The Assistant General Manager (Admn. Services) has the right to reject any bids or withdraw any vehicle / item from the sale or postpone the Auction.
* The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
