- *Entrance :by a Non Refundable Ticket of Rs. 500.00 per person & a Refundable Deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 per person on the day of auction.
- *Payment : Non refundable initial deposit of 50% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & the Balance 50% on or before Tuesday 24th September 2019.
- * The Management of BMICH has the right to withdraw any item (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
