Conditions of Sale:
The auction will be held adhering to Covid 19 protocol.
Entrance on the day of auction:- By a non-refundable Ticket of Rs.2,000.00 & a refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 per person.
Payment : Non – refundable initial deposit of 50% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance payment of 50% & removal on Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th October 2022 latest by 3.00 p.m. each day.
Management reserves the right to withdraw any item (s) prior to the auctioning.
The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
