Conditions of Sale
*The Auction will be conducted in accordance with the strict guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, adhering to COVID 19 protocol.
*Entrance on the day of auction:-Valid proof of identity & proof of COVID 19 Vaccination & a non refundable Ticket of Rs. 2,000.00 per person & a refundable deposit of Rs. 50,000.00 per person on the day of Auction. The Gate will be opened at 8.30am for
Registration. Prospective buyers will be taken to the auction venue on a first come first serve basis & limited to 150 as per the Health Ministry guidelines.
*Payment
Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer &
Balance 75% latest by 3:00 pm on Wednesday 1st December 2021. Further Refundable deposit of 25% in Cash on the full purchased value to be made
& this will be refunded once all the items are removed from AASL premises
*Delivery of items will be on a schedule basis & will be informed to you once the full payment is made.
*The Management of AASL has the right to withdraw any item lot(s) from the Auction without prior notice.
*The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
