Conditions of Sale:
Entrance on the day of auction: A non-refundable Ticket of Rs.2,000.00 & a refundable deposit of Rs. 50,000.00 per person.
Payment : Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance payment of 75% on or before Friday 1st July 2022 & removal of items latest by 3.00 p.m. on Monday 4th July 2022.
The Management has the right to withdraw any item (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
The decision of the Management/ Auctioneer will be final.
