Conditions of Sale
Entrance : By a non refundable Ticket of Rs. 2000.00 per person & a refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 per person on the day of Auction.
Payment : Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance 75% & Removal latest by 3:00 pm on Friday 24th February 2023 to be paid to LOLC Finance PLC, No. 100/1, Sri Jayawardenepura Mawatha, Rajagiriya.
The Management has the right to withdraw any vehicle (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
