Conditions of Sale
Entrance: By a non refundable Ticket of Rs. 2,000.00 per person & a refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 per person on the day of each auction.
Payment: Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance payment of 75% latest by 3:00 pm on Tuesday 26th September 2023 to be paid at any branch of CDB Finance PLC & Removal of vehicles to be done from the venue of auction.The Management has the right to withdraw any vehicle (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
