Conditions of Sale
*The Auction will be conducted in accordance with the strict guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, adhering to COVID 19 protocol.
*On the view days, buyers will be taken in batches for inspection.
*The prospective buyers will be taken to the auction venue on a first come first serve basis & limited as per the Health Ministry guidelines.
*Entrance on the day of auction:- By a non-refundable Ticket of Rs. 2,000.00 & a refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 per person. The gates will be opened at 8.30am for registration.
*Payment
Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in cash at the fall of the hammer & balance 75% & removal latest by 3:00 pm on Tuesday 25th January 2022 to be paid to Fintrex Finance Ltd, 101, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07
*The Management has the right to withdraw any vehicle (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
*The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
