Conditions of Sale
*Prospective Buyers will be taken on the day of auction on a first come first serve basis & limited as per the Health Ministry guidelines
*Entrance on the day of auction:- By a non-refundable Ticket of Rs. 2,000.00 per person & a refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 per person on the day of Auction.
*Payment
Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance 75% & Removal latest by 3:00 pm on Wednesday 2nd February 2022 to be paid to LOLC Finance PLC, No. 100/1, Sri Jayawardenepura Mawatha, Rajagiriya.
*The Management has the right to withdraw any vehicle (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
*The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
