  • The Auction will be conducted in accordance with the strict guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, adhering to COVID 19 protocol.
  • Entrance on the day of auction:- By a non-refundable Ticket of Rs.2,000.00 & a refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 per person. The gates will be opened at 8.30 am and the buyers will be taken on a first come first serve basis & limited as per the Health Ministry guidelines.
  • Payment : Non – refundable initial deposit of 50% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance payment of 50% on Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th August 2021 latest by 3.00 p.m. each day & removal of items according TO the delivery schedule.
  • The Management of Hilton Colombo has the right to withdraw any item (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
  • The decision of the Management/ Auctioneer will be final.
