Conditions of Sale
Entrance on the day of auction: Valid proof of identity & proof of COVID 19 Vaccination & a non-refundable Ticket of Rs.1,000.00 & a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 per person. The gates will be opened at 8.30 am and the buyers will be taken on a first come first serve basis & limited as per the Health Ministry guidelines.
Payment : Non – refundable initial deposit of 50% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance 50% & latest by 3:00 pm on Thursday 13th January 2022.
Removal of items will have to be done within 07 working days of the auction
