Conditions of Sale

The Auction will be conducted in accordance with the strict guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, adhering to COVID 19 protocol.
Entrance on the day of auction – By a non refundable Ticket of Rs. 1,000.00 & a refundable deposit of Rs. 50,000.00 per person.
Payment : Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance 75% & latest by 3:00 pm on Monday 28th February 2022.
Removal of items will have to be done within 03 working days of the auction.
The Management of LTL Transformers has the right to withdraw any item (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
The decision of LTL Transformers / Auctioneer will be final.
