Conditions of Sale

  • Entrance : By a non refundable Ticket of Rs. 2,000.00 per person & a refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 per person on the day of Auction
  • Payment : Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance 75% & Removal latest by 3:00 pm on Thursday 26th January 2023 to be paid to Softlogic Finance PLC, No. 305B, Nawala Road, Nawala.
  • The Management has the right to withdraw any vehicle (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
  • The decision of the Auctioneer / Softlogic Finance PLC will be final.
